Global Trademark Monitoring Service

The global monitoring service is provided to companies that already own a registered trademark.

Trademark legislation does not impose on any registration authority the obligation to examine ex officio whether the rights of registered trademark owners have been infringed. Owners of earlier trademarks may protect their rights by filing an opposition within three months from the publication date of the applied-for mark. If no opposition is filed within this period, the mark is registered, and in practice two similar or identical trademarks may appear on the market. In this way, a dishonest competitor may divert consumers to the goods or services they offer. If your competitor sells lower-quality products, this may damage your reputation.

The greater the influence of your brand in a given market, the higher the likelihood of becoming a target of unfair commercial practices.

Our global monitoring service includes monthly tracking of all newly filed trademark applications. Our team conducts detailed worldwide monitoring, and once a month you will receive a report containing information about similar or identical trademarks that have been applied for registration or are being used on the market, along with recommendations for further protective actions.

Our service guarantees that if an application for a similar trademark is filed, you will be notified immediately and will be able to take timely action to protect your rights.
